Was arrested when I was 15. Buddy who could drive and I were riding through a rough part of a neighboring city throwing fireworks at groups of folks. Police had multiple calls that people were doing drive byes. 6 cop cars blocked us in at a gas station with guns drawn. Arrested and brought to the police station. Parents called and I could hear my mom through the officer’s phone telling them to keep my (This word is unacceptable on Trapperman). I cried like a baby thinking I was going to get locked in a cell with Big Bubba.

Charges were dropped with a firm warning from the officers when my dad came to pick me up. Hadn’t had but a speeding ticket since.

Had to follow the possum cop to the jail in my car on a Sunday, went in to booking, was written a ticket and kicked loose. Long story but started as a bowfishing without a fishing license. Think I was 17 or so at the time. Ticket got thrown out (I was technically inside the jail :D)

Got held at gunpoint by several city PD's early one morning (0330 ish) in a group of about 8. Had stopped at a vacant lot after work to have a beer a couple blocks from the plant. One guy wanted to leave and another (bigger guy) was not going to let him. Guy that wanted to leave pulled a shotgun out and fired it into the air and stated "now we can all leave" got in his car and drove off. Like a bunch of idiots, the rest of us stayed not knowing there was a cop on the other side of the building and he had called backup
Just got chewed out that night

Never got to wear the bracelets either

Couple times , bar brawls , good times many moons ago

One , alot of mace was sprayed by the cops . I was the last man standing......me and a buddy went to the pokey for a couple hours . It was thrown out , they didn't want to blow the 6 month long drug investigation on they guy who started the fight.

Another bar fight landed me a disorderly conduct ticket ....no biggie but 20 yrs later it became a pain to buy a gun even though I had a CC permit . Obama changed some bs . I would have to contact the Oregon state police every time I tried to purchase a gun and explain that the disorderly was not domestic related . After several times over a few year period one of the state cops said this is stupid and corrected something in my background data . Siad your good to go from now on ....screw Obama were his words....lol

Was repairing a customers newly acquired 1985 Vette (used car)...still had the paper plates on it .

When he crashed it. Damage was to the RR 1/4 panel and ripped the rear bumper cover off.

And the rear paper plate was destroyed.

So Aftah I finished the repairs...like I do all repairs...took it for a test drive.

Live in a small town at the time ...so thought nothing of driving it with no plate.

I knew a lot of the cops ...except for this one that was a Richard.

So I get pulled ovah by Richard Head...asks for license & Reg.

I have no clue where the reg is....he goes back to his cruiser...then comes back ..

Asks me to get out..and put my hands on the roof ..then cuffs & Stuffs me.

I said what is going on ???? Oh he said ...you know exactly was going on

They take my belt and shoes ...and in the hole for 4 hours...then I get out and go see the Bailiff.

She says Hi Nessy ...I say hi Jill....( It was a girl I dated 8 years earlier )..that will be a 15.00.

So now ...I tell the customer his car is Hot ! He flips out ...

Make some calls ...it was hot in Florida...recovered ..and nevah taken off the hot list.

Had to pay a mouth piece to clear me of a felony...Fun Times !!

Got pulled for a tail light being out again. First time they pulled for it they wrote a ticket and said that I just needed to fix it and find a cop to let him know and they would take care of it.
Of course I did none of that. They let my buddy drive my car home, but took me to jail.
When I got there they told me to remove my belt and shoelaces. I asked, "Why." They said, "Because we don't want you to hurt yourself." I said, "Good point. My brake light WAS out." (All snarky like.)
That was a bad move on my part. They put me in the holding cell with a mother killing, father raper who looked like he was not quite done killin and rapin just yet
They took me out soon enough to make my one phone call to get bailed out. Bail was $50.00!!
I'd have to call 17 of my buddies to come up with that kind of cash! Then I remembered my buddy whose only reason for attending college was to sell weed. He had the fifty and I was soon Scott free, alive, and with my virginity intact. They never did give me my belt or shoelaces back. Maybe they gave them to my former holding cell mate so that he could save the county a great deal of work and money.

Once for a fight where the other guy pulled a knife and ended up going to the hospital and I went to jail

Once because I shot a couple of would be muggers, neither died thank god but as the duke once said they both ended up with a long winter bellyache

Once for theft of service when a renter didn’t pay his electric bill and got cut off so he illegally tapped into the line and we got arrested for it as the owners of the property took a lawyer to straighten it out but charges ended up being dropped and the renter took off

Once for catching a dog and I was charged with cruelty to animals, again lawyers and court and a judge who had some sense and threw the case out

The last time was for being stupid

Abbreviated story

One time. I’m 16. My buddy AJ’s friend Philstang had a dad who trapped a squirrel in a havahart. Doesn’t know what to do. I do. Take the finisher. Single shot savage 22. Go to Philstangs house and shoot the squirrel outback with a short. Bag it. Throw it in the truck and take off with AJ. Im somewhere I haven’t been before (suns in my eyes) there is a stop sign on a straight, in a school zone. I totally blow right through it. As I do, I look left and the lights are already on. I pull over immediately. Have all my credentials ready, but he’s not getting out. Then i see three more come block the road in front of me. Three more come block the road in back. Now I’m thinking I really screwed this up. Gun is in the center console. My good Italian friend (say I talian) AJ say they don't got sqwat likew he’s in the mob. Then I hear the shotgun shuck and I knew it was gonna go downhill. “DRIVER OF THE VEHICLE, TAKE THE KEYS OUT OF THE IGNITION AND THROW THEM OUT THE WINDOW!” Then I get out. Twirl around as they tell me. Lay down, knees in the back, cuffed and thrown in the wagon.

By the way, its scary on the other side of a gun.

So there I am sitting there thinking about how stupid it was to shoot a squirrel for some dumb friend or a friend. I got no excuses for the parents. Cop comes, opens the doors, all smiles. Im apologizing rapid fire. He says they made a mistake. I had PA vanity plate “FLYFSHN”. Turns out there was a stolen vehicle in CA with the same tag? They messed up states. Got a warning. They never found the pistol in the center console. My mother was ticked, but after the gunpoint and cuffs I was happy with the warning.

Arrested for mooning in 1976. Changed to disorderly conduct. This was in Omaha. No arrests in Alaska tho I certainly did things I could have been arrested for. Decided honest money was a better investment.
Last I checked my record in Ne. doesn't exist so...........I could say no, never been arrested.

This reminds me of doing repo all night after roofing all day in CA,,,,, they said it would be easy.....lol

Yes, but charges were dismissed with prejudice, and arrest record was expunged after witnesses were interviewed.

The lesson I learned; be the first one to call the cops after any altercation, initially, they believe the first one to call 911.

A guy half my age picked a fight with me (don't mess with an old fart), after I embarrassed him in front of a couple of his friends he called the cops. I didn't really think too much of the incident. Next time I will call the cops first.
