when they are sorted the large ones just go back into the farmers wagon and are dumped back in the field to rot.
It is nothing to see piles of cucumbers/pickle piles out in the fields.

Same here scoop and pickle the solid parts.

Works great for 2-3 uses! OR:
Slice thin along with a white onion, pack in a jar along with whatever spices you like Peppercorns, Dill, or whatever, pour a mixture of equal parts White Vinegar and Sugar to fill jar and refrigerate for a couple of days or till you can't stand it anymore. Enjoy!
If the Cuke has yellow skin on it, throw into compost pile.

Cut into chunks and mix with Mayo and sprinkle Black Pepper on it.
