I sure enjoyed my experience there. I've never heard anyone who didn't like the experience.

New Mexico Trappers and our Game & Fish are sponsoring one each. This has been very beneficial for everyone and now more than ever when we are attacked there are people that aren't trappers that have a better understanding of what we are doing in the field! I went years ago and cherish the memories and what I learned.

I like that idea Tom...sponsoring a DNR Agent.

We have sent both Biologist and Law Enforcement at different times, this year there are two one we are sponsoring. It has paid big dividends to all the consumptive users and animals in New Mexico.

You'd think the higher ups at ALL wildlife related org.s would have taken advantage of the extensive practical knowledge/experience that the FTA college and other related trapping schools has to offer.

The FTA college taught me so much and made me not only a better trapper but also a better person. It was a great week in my life that I will never forget. Most of the instructors are gone now when I was there. I am happy to see it still making better trappers today.

I went last year...it was "Trapping"; all day, EVERY day!

with good food and GREAT Instructors!

even caught a few critters while I was there.

I did have one complaint, though...the instruction was so jam-packed that it was difficult to find the time to take a decent dump.

Time/Money well-spent!

We tried to keep you busy and out of trouble! Was a good time for sure! I’m gone as of this year too.
