I did an Ancestry DNA test a few years ago, that my Dad gave me at Christmas. Ancestry constantly updates the results a little as they get more data. Currently my DNA results line up near near perfectly with my pedigree information.

Today they sent me a new thing called DNA traits. They told me that I am and have.

Most likely to be determined
Quicker recovery rate
Most likely to be a leader
Less likely to have good balance
Most likely to be naturally stronger
Most likely to be self-disciplined

They seem to have got it right.

I can see governments and other entities using this information against people. Are we on the edge of a dangerous slope of Eugenics?

It seems likely that Communist, Socialist and Globalist governments may try to do away with people who are for instance genetically predisposed to be "Most likely to be a leader" or "Most likely to be determined", because they are unlikely to allow the abuses those styles of government would heap upon them.

I read quite a few years ago China had the largest bank of western population's DNA than anyone else. This probably isn't for the good of mankind as a whole. The a large shareholder in the agriculture seed sector and ag chemical sector so they have access to our foods DNA also.

If it makes you feel any better, I just checked my wife and I's trait results. I think a tarot card reader could have been more accurate. About 2 out of 8 for each. Although I don't disagree with the conspiracy theories above, I think we'll be saved by incompetence.

Did they mention any unfavorable traits? We all have them. To mention only favorable traits it looks like they are telling folks what they want to hear……

You can literally inherit completely different DNA from your parents than a full sibling of yours does. On average you share 50% with your siblings, but it can range from 100% to 0.

Some families, like mine, where royal cousins and even siblings, frequently married for at least many hundreds of generations, have less genetic diversity and tend to run more true. Most of my even fairly distant cousins come back as probable first and second cousins of mine.

Many families have more diversity in them.

My ancestry results said I was from a long line of horse thieves, liars, womanizers, and cheats. I'm thinking they must be pretty darn good at what they do!

All four of King Charles's grandparents are cousins of mine. Those lines are very line bred all the way up to the present.

Everyone is inbred far back. There is a Mitochondrial Eve that all women can be traced back to and two Y DNA traceable Adams. If you go back a thousand years, you could have potentially had a billion different ancestors, but in reality, you likely had a few hundred to a few thousand different people you are descended from.
