Never made eon on this boat I don't think so whipped on up today while we were having a lil meeting..guys thought these things where super complicated to make and where amazed when I had it in the oven within 10min while discussing the meeting points
Just got a new deck hand on too and this kid is looking at this thing like he's half starved. Half way temped to let him go ahead and shove some of this lava down his gullet the way he's staring
Anyway think it came out decent, id ont eat the stuff so idk.... Might steal some of caps blueberries for the next one

Yep. Cobler is easy to make. Reminds me that I’ve got some peaches that I canned that need to be used up.

cup of milk , cup of sugar , cup of flour , pinch of salt - mix

melt a stick of butter in the cast iron pan

add the batter , add a can of fruit and pour the syrup over the top

big can use 2 cups of everything.

scale it but not too deep you don't want the fruit to sink in too soon , the batter rises up around it , gets very custard like

Hmmm I just noticed we have a can of oats I'm 90%surw no one has ever touched, might have to try it. Do you jus tput them in on bottom then t he fruit then more on top ? Or ?
