I suggest you get attacked in South Dakota. The outcome will be much better for you.

One county,..one vote.

Yes, that is the only fair way to do it. Each county gets one vote in the state electoral college. Those votes are then used to elect state officials including senators and representatives.

Eh...wot?

Like they won't chase you and probably run you down? This new law will encourage more crime by changing the bad guy into the good guy. No wonder the Mpls police force is only at around 60%. Who would want to be a cop when the perp has as many rights as the officer when they commit a crime?

This is pretty much how it is in Canada. But then again Gerald Stanley was acquitted, but it cost him everything. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Killing_of_Colten_Boushie
Then our prime minister told the media that the justice system failed……

If that happened the state would turn red.

MN is one of the worst states when it comes to gun ownership rights, if not the worst. If this governor and most of the state's democratic legislators could get away with it, they would like to see gun ownership banned entirely. This is mostly because of all the shootings in the Twin Cities.

Clamp down with your foolish rules for that metropolitan area. Leave the rest of the state alone where crime isn't rampant like it is there. Build up your police force to capacity by treating them with more respect than the criminals you should be prosecuting.

As an American I'm growing tired of our ancestors being compared to the migrants of today.

Yes, most states would turn red if a State Electoral College system was put in place. That's why I'm certain it will never happen.

Eh...wot?

So those of you in Minnesota, will this prompt you to get out? Knowing that if you ever fight back after being attacked, you may go to prison. Thats a huge deal to me. I would love to go to the Minnesota River again, but I dont want to set foot in that state.
