Wife fixed me half dozen eggs this morning with diced jalapenos. A sliced up garden tomato and a half pound of link sausage.

I cook. That might be more impressive than you realize. Nice.

Looks good. But id have skipped the onions and peppers for a breakfast meal.....

best time to eat them is early in the day so your not burping them in your sleep

taking a guess , a well greased pan in the oven , let it cook most of the way , then fill and fold

if that was on a griddle that would be impressive indeed

that was my thought too seeing as it has squared off edges. I'd have it with a side of biscuits and sausage gravy!

We used to have a mom&pop place here that had a dozen egg omelet on the menu everyday. I forget the funny/unusual name they called it , but started with a dozen eggs and then added everything on the grill at the time. Bacon , sausage , ham , onions , peppers , potatoes , cheese and more.

It was for one super hungry person. I never ordered it , way too much food for one sitting.

If I wanted to roll an omelet like that, I'd line a 9X13 with parchment paper, bake, fill and roll.

Did you have to roll to work or were you still able to walk after all that
