Thanks everyone- it was a special hunt on what would’ve been my Dad’s birthday if was here to see it. It also really gave me an appreciation for how challenging it is to film your own hunts. I didn’t use anything other than my I-Phone and I made a crude camera mount out of an old drafting lamp holder and some other cobbled parts. I had it aimed at the bait site and captured some really nice footage of all bears coming into the bait- except the one I shot as he came out on top of me and I shot him on the logging road. I can see myself investing in some better equipment to film when my grandkids start to hunt.
