Yep, removable break. The electric muffs I have are great, but I’ll never use them for hunting………yet anyways. Walkers, they’re about 10 years old and don’t handle wind well at all. Not sure if the newer ones are better?

Wind Blew, crap flew, out came the line crew

we should have unregulated access to gun mufflers , I mean it would be illegal to have a car without a muffler on the road , yet politicians say your hearing doesn't matter.

I don't use them for hunting often then again most of my hunting happens with a shotgun so not all that loud when your operating it

even the 308 with the break isn't too bad in the open for 1-2 shots at a deer

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

I have a winchester model 70 featherweight that shoots the Barnes 120 gr ttsx bullets really well. Can't remember the exact load off the top of my head. My sonbought a featherweight in .257 roberts last fall that was shooting inconsistantly. I was taking it apart to bed the action and found it had a cracked base clamp on one of the rings. I went ahead and bedded the recoil lug and action and also installed a new trigger spring from Ernie the gunsmith. Haven't had a chance to try it out yet. Hopefully it will shoot decent. I gave him a model 70 pushfeed featherweight in 22-250 that belonged to my dad that shot really well
