I like to add some bacon to my venison burger. I buy some cheap bacon put It In the freezer to stiffen It up so I can cut it up Into small prices. Then add It to my venison when I'm grinding.

The guy I got the fat from makes a lot of bacon, cheese burger. He grinds bacon and adds high temp cheese to beef, venison, elk and moose if people want it that way.
