I am struggling with getting too excited about dragging a heavy boat through the cattails with loon poop up to my knees.
I have nothing clever to put here.

Yep, nothing more exciting than a beavah in a 330. I love the early to late fall beaver trapping.

I’m pretty much ready. Just waiting on 3 more Koro Wolf traps. Gotta install the shocks and tack weld the swivels and toss em into the barrel of spruce bows. This summer beaver ADC sucks!…..lol

some years I had a real itch I been so busy this year , trapped nuisance coons in June as well as all sorts of other stuff. had a coon and a possum in the garden traps this week there sure is something to having a reason to get up in the morning that isn't going to work. I do need to get to tending to trap maintenance at some point.

Took my boat and motor in to be serviced yesterday. A heck of a lot of farming to be done before i can legitimately think about trapping though.
My fear of moving stairs is escalating!

I can't wait either Boco. I just love being out there doing what makes me happy. Cool/cold weather and the smell of goldenrod rotting in the air. Putting up fur also. To me my favorite part of trapping.
