We've done wolves a couple of times before, but they're one of my favorite subjects. I've done quite a bit of fur trapping for them, but this is live-trapping for collar fixing and research.


This is an adult male from the NF Clearwater.



This is blow-gunning an adult male on the St. Joe River.



Here's an adult portrait from the NF Clearwater River, named Koshmar (which means "nightmare" in Russian).



This was a pretty mellow adult from the Little North Fork Clearwater River, named "Mellow".

Perfect day for a Wolf thread!

I just got this Wolf mounted on the form today. I’ll tweak a couple things as it dries, but for now it’s time for some coffee!
