Maybe not a condemnation for the believer but certainly an evaluation. And the Great White Throne judgement for non believers which is a condemnation.

Its my belief sanctification is a growing process. No 1 being positional No 2 being experiential and No 3 being the ultimate. When we reach the ultimate stage or perfection we won't be here.
