I was wondering what folks thought heaven would be like … only 2 people that we know of,got to see it, Isaiah and john and describe it as best they could in the scriptures.
I know there are some people who have had near death experiences.. and there’s speculation about that.. as to weather those folks did see heaven or if it is trickery by the evil one.

I don't know anything about it, but:

I held the door open for a struggling little old lady yesterday. She said "Thank you, if I get to heaven before you, I'll put in a good word for you.".

It's a lot better than here.

The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him. 4 They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. 5 There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever.

My Dad found it in February of this year. Hope to see him there.

Well I have never talked to anyone that's been to either place so the jury's still out on those 2 places.

When my wife got the rare uterine cancer we thought she might not survive it.
She got real interested in stories of near death experience.
Everyone said when your life mission is over, then you get hit by a buss, get cancer, or die another way.
I'm wondering if maybe I survived this long to take care of her after the stroke, is this my life mission?
Most of the people that die and come back, they don't want to come back, heaven is that awesome!!

Very nice up there! It is called "Heaven" for a reason. Only thing I'm concerned about is your not married in heaven.

Not being married is some people's idea of heaven. LOL

Acording to the passages there will be a marriage in heaven.

Idk 2 people that read the Bible alot told me that, or it's different in heaven then earth. Like I highly doubt people are having sex in heaven

Complete enlightenment, there will be no need to ask a question. Imagine that, knowing everything. Not like some folks on a forum but actually knowing the why and how to every question you ever had. Finally knowing the whole family from Adam and your future great, great, great, great, great……etc……..grandchildren.

Acording to the passages there will be a marriage in heaven.

I like the idea of the healing of the nation's, and fruit.

Paul had an experience with the 3rd heaven.


And also Stephen: But Stephen, full of the Holy Spirit, looked up to heaven and saw the glory of God, and Jesus standing at the right hand of God. "Look," he said, "I see heaven open and the Son of Man standing at the right hand of God ." ( Acts 7:55-56)

One thing that stuck with me was this kid that coded and told his parents about visiting his grandfather who passed before the kid was born, his father showed him a picture of his grandfather & the kid said no that's not him and it was forgot about for a time....A bit later the kid saw a old picture of a unknown man (his grandfather in his 20's) & said, that's him, that's who I spoke with.

The kid was asked about the colors in heaven & he said I can't describe them, because we don't have those colors here...Now what kid would think to say that if it weren't true?


My own great grandmother spoke of the beautiful flowers as she was passing, and my dying grandfathers experience still gives me chills...He had several episodes where they shocked his heart back into rythm, and after one of these episodes, he told my father who witnessed the cardio event to stand up in the chair by the window, reach up on top of the window frame, and get a bottle cap off of it...My father did it, standing on his tiptoes in the chair, and to his astonishment the bottle cap was right there where he said.

Yep, he had definitely been out of his body.

Heaven is beautiful, it's glorious and it's real...Don't think we will just be laying around on a cloud up there either. We will have things to do.

The lamb will l marry his bride the Chuch. There's also no fishing in Heaven!
