I have a smaller vevor and love it ,that being said there are very few parts available for it. For what your doing I'd step up to the vac master vp 400. I've used this machine in a commercial setting and it's pretty fast. Parts are readily available also. It is 1300-1400 bucks more but being able to have it serviced and getting parts are worth the extra money. In your usage your gonna burn thru a lot of vaccum sealing machines you will be way better off with the chamber vac.

Is the burger in bulk? I would put it into a meat tub flip upside down on cutting board and cut into rectangles. Most likely 8x12or 10x12 bags should work for most things.

10x12 works for 2lbs. I always smash the bags flat so they stack nicely in the freezer.
