Offshore fish, probably golden tile. But I’m an inshore guy at heart. Black seabeds are darn good. And for other seafood, I can’t eat enough scallops or crab. Pulled a few pots tonight for the first time this season.

Sarpy County had great Gun laws in the 80's compared to Douglas.......
I need to get back and dive around. I was lucky enough to install the fist "living" wall on 75hwy and a bio swale that did poop without a septic, for lots+=? of houses...... wonder if it is still all there......

Perch for me, don't be taking the skin off or removing the bones. Fry in a cast Iron pan. I like most fish as long as they are not pond raised.

Delicious Bowfin. They might not be good where some of y'all are from. It's the only fish meat that gets bigger the more you chew it. True story. A Yankee that I work with who has become a friend of mine - well - as close of a friend that a Yankee can become anyway, called me up to brag about a big bowfin that he caught and said he was getting ready to filet it. I was wondering to myself, "Why? Did he need something to make a patch for the big holes in his socks?" I didn't say anything, but the evil side of me wanted to let him go ahead and try to eat that devil fish. Something came over me and I let him of the hook and told him not to bother. I still regret that. I owned him! From then on, whenever he calls me about one of his fishing trips, I of course ask him, "Did you catch any Delicious Bowfin?" Never gets old.
