When I was about 13 my dad and I were walking a road back to deer camp. I was keeping an eye out, happened to look behind me and notice a doe I had just walk past. It was exactly the same color as the grass. Almost like it just appeared it took my eye awhile to pickup the ouline. It never moved, we walked by it at about 20 yards. I'm sure my dad saw it but he said nothing.
