I’ve always ate them boiled but thinking about it a person could slice thin and fry or place directly on the grill and it should work, I know smoking them works, and the steaks look done.

I quit trying to cook steaks perfectly at home. I love medium rare. Jootz can have a bite of whatever as her ailment is back from October and we are treating her for the same thing. She is on an antibiotic, anti fungal, anti inflammatory, pain medication , and appetite stimulant. Along with a magic swizzle. Supposed mass in the throat . But it came back as squamous cell carcinoma after a lengthy biopsy but then magically disappeared after supportive care previously. I’m doing the best I can for the little girl. She is tough as nails
