My thoughts are: things are going to get torn up, destroyed, out of hand, national guard will come in, media will show/report very little, and very few will get in trouble for the destruction.

I heard on the radio, so I am not sure how accurate it is, that the population of Chicago has fallen to levels so low that it similar to what it was in the 1930s???? Folks are leaving the big city.
