The past few days I've noticed a few of the trees around here are starting to change colors from green to brown. We've had so much rain this summer that I think the trees are getting streesed. Popular seem to be taking it the hardest. I've heard somewhere around 30" or more this year so far.
Neighbor thinks it may be a fungus due to all the rain. Would be happy to share some of this moisture to others who could use it. Hope it's no indication of the amount of snow we'll get this winter.

Common sense is a not a vegetable that does well in everyone's garden.

Yep I have had yellow leaves showing in the birch trees for about three weeks now. Great to see. Can't happen soon enough for me.

Beautiful temps here, cool and some rain, even snow now in the peaks. Lovely. Cottonwood are the first to turn a bit yellow , and are doing so now. Cant wait to see the maples and other shrubs and trees in their bright tones and pastels soon. Taking a drive tomorrow along one of my favorite mountain ranges. It will be perfect.

If I only had a super cub.

Black Hills is as green as I’ve ever seen it a few rains this week out there some leaves falling around the house but not much noticeable changes yet. The humidity has been a killer all summer.

Was born in a Big City Will die in the Country OK with that!
