I’ve no tried eating a paw paw for years but what I remember they were not very good until they turned a kinda tan color. If you pick them green like that do you just set them in a window like you would a tomato ?

By the time they turn black, either you're not getting pawpaws or they're on the overripe side.

Not black, just with sugar spots showing, and some yellow, with softer areas.

I got an order yesterday evening for 1000 lbs of pawpaws. Seems.theyre gonna be turned into beer.

Pawpaws are everywhere. People literally all over the world are planting them. Trick is finding the ones that produce fruit.
