Yes under a LCR carry gun for the ex-wife. I had one built into the fake wood on a 1911 and if you can go that route I would. Under the barrel you are now lookin for a new holster. For her, a sticky inside of a rear purse pocket make it fairly painless in the end.

I sure liked that set up on a 1911. I wanted it because it had a target barrel and beveled mag well and the CT grips were in the package deal. For low light I learned to like them.

The first one was a .38 spl but it was a little snappy for her so it ended up costin me the purchase of a 9mm. It used the little moon clips which seemed like a pain at first but with the lack of recoil she was soon all but putting 5 shots in the same hole or at least touching.

If you do end up with the LCR know that there are 2 options now. One has an external hammer and one does not.

I noticed shooting single action, the lazer did nothing to improve my accuracy but shootin quickly and double action it helped me dial in groups.
