Who is running (or ran) a hitch mounted skinning machine rig for coyotes? Pics, Videos, discussion?

I have a skinning machine with an electric winch in the shop I bought from ADC a number of years ago.. Making a road trip this fall and looking for portable options you all have used successfully.

thx
LH

Heres a pic of one i built for when i trap out of state,
Hand winch and parts from a treadmill and some welding ,
the receiver is pinned to the upright so i can take it apart easily for stowing .

IC now. I need to do something like that with this one before I get loose pulling one by hand and break my ankle/leg again. All healed up now and no problems. Dont want to repeat it. Took awhile to heal back up.

Thanks Jayme. Looks like what I need. You ever rig one up on a UTV? I’m thinking of running my Honda a good bit out yonder vs the truck.

I made one with a plate on the bottom that you can park your truck or UTV on the plate to hold it solid. I can't find a picture but as I recall the plate was about 8" wide and 15-16" long, with the upright welded to one end. I'm sure you can picture it.
