Phillies walk it off, Harper walked a little too much though. I've seen him do that before too. The coach in me would want to set him out. Yep, a sit down and a big fine. He needs to set an example. Cubs now lead by 4 runs in the top of the 8th, I hope they hold on.
I got myself a seniors' GPS. Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination, it tells me why I wanted to go there.

Ranger did not have his best stuff tonight, but the Phils won. I hope Schwarber is okay, they don't need another starter on the injured list, I hope the Cubs knock of the Dodgers again tonight.

LOL, I like Rojas:, I think he is an excellent fielder and he is hitting around 240. He has gotten some key hits. I think he has come a long ways from the way he hit in the playoffs last year.

I go to bed between 10 and 11, get up after midnight to check things, lol. It was good to see the Cubs came back and beat the Dodgers. That gives the Phillies the best record in the NL for now. That could be big when it comes to the playoffs.
Rojas' is fast and covers a lot of ground in centerfield, he saves runs. As long as he hits around 240 he is more valuable to the team for his defense, He has a lot of speed and gets doubles and triples when most would be getting singles and doubles. He hustles, you won't see him hit a ball that hits the fence and only gets a single.

The Phillies injury list keeps growing. Tonight's lineup has a 3rd string catcher and 2 Triple A players starting. Apparently Schwarber is still hurting as he is not in the lineup. I can't find anything other than Thomson originally said he had him penciled in the lineup for tonight but would see how he was when he got to the ballpark. So I guess he isn't good to go.
Update: Thomson said he thinks Schwarber will be ready to play Friday when the Phillies open a series with the Mets.

The Phillies patched up lineup won 3-2, that 3rd string catcher threw out a runner trying to steal second base in the 9th inning. Hopefully Remalto, Bohn and Schwarber will all be back for the weekend set with the Pesky Mets.

Good job Phillies. Pulled off the sweep. 30 games over 500, impressive. I hope the broom comes out for the Cubs later tonight.
