True that. Nurses are coming in to look at the fluid every hour of two. It’s looking good.

Such a fine looking young man. Will keep all of you in my prayers and wisdom for his medical team.

My doctor suggested I start doing squats, so I moved all the beer to the bottom shelf of my fridge.

Sorry to hear he had complications. Hopefully that's all behing him and he is on the path to full recovery now.

Thanks for the update. Try to stay positive even when your not felling like it. It will be good for him to see.

We’re actually joking around a lot. He’s in good spirits. I told him a bit ago I could’ve saved us a bunch of money if I would have done the surgery myself….and offered as proof my tumor removing skills from last winter. ( See exhibit A):

Watch Dr. Pol a few times and you can do most things the vets do, lol

Glad he's recovering.

Feel for ya Peeler,,,,,, I did 3 months at Children's in Seattle when my youngest was born,,,,, I HATE HOSPITALS!
It is hard for me to even go visit someone now......

Cool thing was they let me put a camper in the parking lot,,,,,,, I guess I was the first of many homeless camps..........

Well, got some good news. The new internal patch worked and there is no more leakage of spinal fluid. He’s off for one final X-ray and CT scan and can come home this afternoon. Still no word from pathology about what brand of chordoma he had but it seems likely he’ll be undergoing photon radiation treatment in the near future. At this point we’re just glad to have the two week hospital stay come to an end!

And as always the kind wishes and prayers are immensely appreciated by me, Will, and family.

Thank the Good Lord. Being home should also help the mental strain on all of you.
