I can’t bring myself to buy dukes because they are junk! I do not feel like buying new chain for the trap and buying new swivels and all that. My opinion may offend some people and yes I’m a newer trapper but they just aren’t good. There conibears are ok but there footholds are a no. I will say though, there new pro series stuff doesn’t feel to bad I doubt ur opinion is going to offend anyone and yes I have some Duke traps Opinions are like bullets, to pack any punch the have to carry some weight ^^^THIS^^^^^^

20 years ago they had a pretty bad rap. You couldn't confuse today's dukes with the ones they first come out.

Not offending me but I think Dukes are great! I know someone that put out a #1 coil for mink or coon and caught a fox on the back foot and it held.

If I was a woman I’d divorce you too for using duke traps Ok, things just got weird. Take it to PM. Lol I vote for the no BS 1.5 over the Duke. But I guide them heavy, because that big pan can get you some toe catches on animals with big paws.
Right now I’m having amnesia and déjà vu at the same time. I think I’ve forgotten this before.
