Does anyone have any experience with a receiver hitch crane like the one at the attached link? I would like to use it to lift my snow plow into the bed of the truck and take it out by myself.

Receiver Hitch Hoist

I bought a plow for my pickup truck last year (got a good deal on a used one from a friend that totaled his truck). I would like to use it to keep the road into the cabin open in the winter (currently there is about a half mile that is unplowed before the cabin). I only have a half ton pickup so it isn't as heavy duty as a 3/4 or 1 ton truck and would prefer not to drive the 100 miles up to the cabin with the plow attached. The plow weighs about 450 pounds.

I just use my tractor to pick it up for me.

I've seen guys use a chainfall hooked on a stout tree limb for similar uses.
