I have that same dream but there is no deer involved

Mine are often my workshop. I have figured ideas for art techniques, maneuvering tactics in horse shows, even tying down haul loads on my truck.

I dreamed once, that I was in a serious gun battle with a couple of thugs. Fortunately, my .45 didn't jam.

I used to dream I could fly as a child and teen. As with Ashley, it was always at night, among or just above a forest of trees, very quiet and calm.

Some dreams don't make sense or leave me with a feel of foreboding. I always dream in colour.

I had a coach in college that had insights about dreams...he had a professor that said that if you can CONTROL your dreams you have mastered a great thing.
His advice was when you are dreaming tell yourself to raise your hand to your face and look at it. I have never been able to do this....

I dream a lot, but it's rare that I remember them. Sometimes if they wake me up, I'll be able to remember them. They're almost always very odd, and abstract. They don't make sense.

When I was a child, I had a recurring dream, the only recurring dream I've ever had. I haven't had that dream since I was a child.

In it, I would be riding a bicycle, one handed, with an ice cream bar in the other hand... the kind on a wooden stick, vanilla ice cream with a chocolate coating. I would ride my bike up to the edge of a cliff, and stop, and then the ice cream would fall off the stick and over the cliff. As I watched the ice cream falling through the air, it would turn into ME falling. I would always wake up before I hit the bottom though.

Did she say there was mushrooms in her dream ???? Lol

Sounds to me like your subconscious is calling you to a life of veganism, lol. Now that is probably what the deer in your dream is dreaming !

Lets just hope some night you don't have a dream where a deer is attacking you and your gun won't fire and you start beating it with what ever you can find and wake up and its Chuck trying to defend himself and trying to figure out what is wrong with you, lol.
Sort of the same thing happened to me with my wife. I was running my old dozer way too many hours and one night in my sleep I was driving it and my steering clutch hands was punching her and my braking feet was kicking her. That little incident got me put in a bed by myself and the first night I woke to go to the bathroom and was turned around and barely got to it in time. Now the rule is that hall light stays on !

I always have to get up and turn the big light on and I’m only partially conscious by this point and I tell Chuckie “cover your eyes I gotta turn the big light on “ ( I think that’s Fayettenam-ese for overhead light…and not a little nightstand lamp) and he’s like “now what?” And I’m practically irritated for him not realizing the situation “There’s ants all over the bed! Can’t you see them??”

Yup and she lives in it with Papa Smurf.

I get sleep paralysis. Sometimes I dream that I'm in throes of it and wake up and still can't move. My wife will usually give me a poke to wake me totally up because I wake her up by yelling that I can't move. Sometimes she has to roll me over so I can free my arms.

When I was in the hospital after my motorcycle wreck I had a dream that I was in outer space. I ended up peeing all over the place. No real idea why.
Actually I had a lot of dreams of being in outer space.

Have only had a few dreams I can remember in my whole life. I have sleeping problems and only lay down 3 hours tops a night. Wake up every 15 minutes and toss and turn. Doc told me I don't get any REM (rapid eye movement) sleep. Guess you have to be in that mode to dream. So no dreams for me

Not too long ago I had a dream a family member was calling out to me and just kept saying over and over the he was lost. I could see him looking around but couldn’t speak and he couldn’t see me. Really weird.

I have had this happen in real life. had a doe under me as close as 5 yards was not going to shoot her. she milled around for 25 minutes and when she got out about 35 yards I decided why not and went to shoot her. I heard a pssst and the sabot hiting the leafs about 15 yards from the tree and the startled doe took off. this when I learned not to take my smokeless muzzleloader in the warm.hous after a hunt ant to leave it outside in the truck or other cold place.

I have dreams but very few I can remember.
Never have nightmares.

I have the paralysis quite frequently doc says some of that can come from my spine problems, I normally have nightmares I’ve even made it outside thinking the house was on fire before until I woke up, just last night I had a dream I was running from something then when I got in a building it grabbed me from behind and yanked me off my feet that when I fell out of bed and woke up.
