Thoughts on how foggy morning affect your duck hunts. Truthfully, I think it helped our hunt out today. Seemed like as soon as they caught a glance of the spinner and the decoys, they dumped in. The next day when it was clear, and they definitely didn't want it as much.

If you’re close to where they’re using, and there’s lots of them, it can be magical.
If you’re hunting trafficking birds, it can be a detriment.

I’ve always preferred Sunny to hide in the shadows. If you’re where they want to be it really doesn’t matter.

Foggy mornings were always good.

Right behind the decoy hole I created was some flooded smartweed and such. That seemed like where they wanted to be but didn't make for the best hide. So, yes, I was fairly close to the "X"

Okay, I felt like I wasn't the only one who thought so.

Anyone have any pictures from stacking up the ducks or geese on foggy morning hunts?
