… put your dirtholes in here men… the best all around run and gun set there is in my opinion

I run a lot of single and double dirt holes. About half my sets are dirt holes other half are post sets.


Mine are a bit big and flashy. Especially after about the third or fourth remake at same set.

Big flashy double dirt hole at this slot in fencerow and slight trail heading back into that cedar thicket behind it.


And the result and remake. Another big double dirt hole.



Same sort of thing here. Big flashy single dirthole right at the gap in weeds at this fencerow, not the faint trail through this slot going back into the start of another thicket.


And results at check second night.



Here is a big flashy dirthole at this little implement road from one field to another. This was a serious coyote funnel and I made this same set on both sides of this roadway. It’s in middle of the section and not visible from the road about 1/2 mile away. Lots of coyotes taken at this location for me over several seasons.




Here is a remade dirthole at another location after a couple coyote catches. Same trap bed, same dirthole location, just keep producing coyotes. Got better and better. Just add bait only.



Big dirthole along edge of weedy power line strip and edge of corn field. This was good for three coyotes and one coon at this set.



Another dirthole in corner of a cornfield and butts up to fence line and weedy hay meadow.

Ain't very pretty, the cat kinda wrecked it.
But you can still see the hole next to the log

The top pic is one I set last year on a trail that runs on the topside of a brushy draw. Bottom one is in a cattle pasture in a little grove of trees. The one I flagged stood out to me and any cat walking through. Just punched the hole under the end of the the broken limb.

Cant do that on tman,,,but I can post a picture of my white shower towel after I dry my butt if you want.....

Ground too hard, too much rain around here for digging holes. Lot easier ways to do things with less miss's.
