I believe it is DuPont that makes a 1" product that is used here. Our lines are buried about 9 feet down because of cold but the 1" pipe comes on huge spools . You'd likely need a couple joints in 3/4 mile but the stuff is pretty tough.

You might call a plumbing wholesaler.

EDIT: I just looked at a piece. It is actually 3/4" but I believe you can get 1".

It is made in Canada.

Here's what is written on it;

B1371 DuPont 3/4" IPS (27mm)

What is there now?

I think the black irrigation pipe in rolls is what most people use...

If Oakland, MS is like much of the south I know 6-8 INCHES is all that's required by code over most of the south if there is even a code book in that county.

It started with sch 10 PVC hen did the shark bite stainless crimp on. the acidic soil here promptly ate the brass fittings after a couple years.

I want this to be a done deal so is one less headache for the wife when she inherits this pop stand.

1" polyethylene well pipe is the standard here for water delivery from well to house pressure tank or pressure tank to exterior hydrant or any buried waterline application. I know it comes in 500-foot rolls, probably longer.

I was just discussing this with my plumbing sub-contractor the other day because I'm going to run water to my new summer kitchen/fur/shed/butcher shop.

He recommended 160 psi minimum.

Eh...wot?

Barbed fittings are used to join sections by heating and expanding the pipe until the fitting slips inside. PVC is the most common material for the barbed fittings. Hose clamps are recommended for pressures over 100psi but the cooling polyethylene shrinking over the barbed fittings makes an incredibly tight and leak-proof seal.

A set-up like that would last many decades.

Eh...wot?

When you splice that I’d use stainless steel not plastic, also make sure you use all stainless steel clamps some have a steel screw, here most stuff from the well to the pressure tank is 1.25 then the rest is 1 inch unless you need more water then they go 1.25 everywhere.
