A whole lot of Beany Weenie blaspheming a goin on in here. If you don't like Beany Weenie, make something else and call it what it is. Beany Weenie: Beans. One kind. Baked beans in a can with sauce and the mystery cube of blubber. Weenies. Sliced hot dogs, cut to 3/8" thickness. (Any thicker and you'll choke a youngin. Nothing ruins a Beany Weenie get together more than a blue kid who don't chew his food right.) You can add ketchup, or mustard, or hot sauce, or honey, but if you add onions, or other meat or organs, and you insist on calling it "Beany Weenie", I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you. (Figuratively of course. Killing is rude.)

You ain't never had my mama's baked beans.
Drain off all that icky red sauce of those beans. To that add diced sweet onion, brown sugar, molasses, worchestershire, ketchup, mustard, a bit of liquid smoke.
You can add sliced weenies or browned ground beef or sausage or best yet chopped bacon. Bake until bubbly and crisped up if using bacon on top. Far be it from me to besmirch anyone's "mama's baked beans", especially one from down yonder your way. I am sure that they are top shelf. I did notice that you did not refer to your mama's beans as Beany Weenies. You sir, are safe to pass.
