Anyone have any good solutions for areas bats stop to roost thru the night? The interior has all been sealed up but they still like to rest in a few areas. I was thinking possibly Aviguard I think its called the scent bags from bird b gone. They are expensive though just to try. Also thinking Mylar strips to affect the flight paths. Thanks for any other ideas.

Can you be more specific? What are you sealing on the interior, and why aren't you sealing the exterior? Assuming it's a house?

Yes we sealed up where bats can no longer enter the home from the outside, but they like to rest at night under the eves, and covered walkway areas. trying to get them away from the home if possible. the home is for sale.

How about covering the roosting areas with trim coil. If they can’t get a grip, they can’t roost there.

Hazing.
Fans can work.
Some folk spay a pepper solution.
I tell the homeowner you will have this situation happen for up two years after an exclusion.
Our bats left 2 or more weeks ago and are headed your way, if not past already.
49 parallel in WA

I did a mansard roof with my estimate of 5000 bats (big and little browns).
(They do cohabitate if there is space and sun)

Long story,,, shot…….

The outside off the home cover with bat when the “Migration”began for the following year
