I have my first child due in a few weeks, a son, and I’m anticipating I won’t be able to get out very far from home this season. Will still be trapping but want to be mindful of the home life and need to keep my trap checks short. I intend to speak with local farmers about some trapping opportunities - lots of local orchards. Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions/tactics for how to effectively run a 6-trap line that I can check quickly each day? Proximity to a road makes sense, but open to anything obvious I’m overlooking

get up earlier to run traps or run after fam goes to bed. pretty straight forward if a property is a pain to access I pass on those to set more property easily accessible. good luck
