Two years ago, I bought an electric StrikeMaster with an 8" drill bit. I only used it twice as it was late in the ice fishing season. Last year I never used it at all, as there was not enough ice. StrikeMaster now has come out with plastic on their auger bits which is a lot lighter. Being older, I want to buy one of the newer, lighter auger bits and plan to sell my old 8" auger bit. It's like new. According to StrikeMaster, the bits are interchangeable. Anybody have an idea of what I should ask for the old auger bit?

Got a gift from my brother. It was 3 AA batteries with a note that said, Gift Not Included.

I would probably start at 1/2 price , but man this economy stinks for selling things for cash.

I was at a gun shop Friday guy in there trying to sell his used 308win to the shop

shop owner behind the counter said I can't give you what it is worth , it isn't a very popular model and my shelves are full things are selling very slow.

I talked to the owner for a few minutes after that guy left taking his rifle with him, I said it sure has changed in a short time. 2 years ago the shelves were empty and no one was selling.

he said 3-5 a day now coming in wanting him to buy their gun.
unless it is exactly the thing someone is looking for
prices on used are down and hardly selling.
if it is the hot new thing there are some guys buying them as soon as they get in but run of the mill used hunting rifles not so much.

America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
