Notice how Jesus never questioned Satan's authority on control of this world and all the kingdoms? In order to give something then one must own it.

Jesus never questioned the tempter's ownership of what he was giving. Satan owns this world. The Bible says that he is the god of this world and the prince of the power of the air.

Current events are proving that true daily.

8 Again, the devil took Him up on an exceedingly high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. 9 And he said to Him, “All these things I will give You if You will fall down and worship me.”

He’s talking about verses 8-9. The satan evidently has the authority to hand out political power. The temptation for Jesus is not whether Jesus has (or will have) authority over Creation, it’s about the kind of authority. Will it be authority over all Creation in the Heavenly Kingdom? Or authority within the earthly political power system. The Bible repeatedly suggests the human political power structures are the work of evil human-satanic partnerships, and that they are responsible for the violent bloodshed that surrounds us everyday. The answer to the problem is the Rule of Heaven, or God’s Kingdom, whose power is wielded by a God-and-human partnership (the only true human that has done this is Jesus, and that’s the Gospel).

It’s interesting that Jesus says, “Get behind me Satan” here and one other place in Matthew…and it’s when he faces the same temptation. Check it out.

In Ephesians 6:10. Through the end Paul speaks of how to be protected from Satan's influence and who is influenced by Satan.

Perhaps we should just let the cults of the 10th unblemished red heifer AND the 12th (hidden) Imam nuke each other out in their eschatological endings, but our little "tail wagging the dog" friends on the east end of the Med won't leave us out of it.

The time is very short. If you and your loved ones aren't squared away with Lord and Savior Jesus, you may not get the chance before before the crap storm truly flies. Most of the ancestors of the Ashkenazi on the eastern Med "chose poorly" 2,000 years ago and they will chose poorly once again once the last Son of Perdition shows up.
