I flat wore one out when they first come out. After a few bricks of ammo it would not fire every time and when it did they keyholed. I sent it to the manufacturer. They repaired it charging me 60 bucks. Then I sold it.

Send it back have them fix it. Sounds like bad cylinder to me. I have had my rough rider for many years now. When I first got it had an issue with miss fire. Had new firing pin put in under warranty and no problems since. They are not a high end gun by any means..I always considered mine just a beater for trap line dispatch. I wore it daily when running hard.. That said I must have gotten one of the better ones. Hundreds of rounds threw it since pin was replaced without issues. Saved lots of the beating my browning was taking.

Mine the cylinder timing is off pretty bad. Been like that since it was new. Key holes terrible and u never know where it's going to hit. Not even accurate enough for a dispatch gun Too high of a chance of buying a bad one to be considered a decent gun in my opinion

I suggest sell it and by a Wrangler
it could be rough machining in the cylinder , you could try polishing them ,a little flitz a brass brush and a little 0000 steel wool spin it in a drill and work it in and out of the chamber
try that it is cheap , if polishing the chambers and a Dry lube like hornady one shot or wd-40 specialist dry lube , if that doesn't make it better , did I mention get a wrangler

I have one for many years. I never have had one problem with it. Actually, this morning I shot a rabbit at 15 yards.

I've never had a problem with mine. I love it! Mine has worked fine...for about 5 years now. I also bought a .22 mag cylinder for it...works fine too.

I abuse mine every year for a month on the line. It has held up well.
But I only shoot it for (we're not allowed to post about it).
Good luck with your issue. Same here. My trigger got really gritty at the end of last season . Took it apart and it had a big chunk of gook in it. Reassembled and good as new. Shoots minute of coon head good enough for me.

If the cleaning doesn't fix it and If you have any 22 mag ammo you might want to try and see if one chambers in your revolver, it wouldn't be the first time a revolver had been mis-chambered. X2 Cleaning or polishing won't fix swelled brass. That sounds like shooting 22 lr out of a magnum cylinder to me. Out of time cylinder will cause it to shave lead and shoot inaccurately like Yes Sir's, but will not cause swelled brass. Swelled brass is caused by an overlarge chamber, no fix for that except a new cylinder.
