This was a significant attack from Iran.. and as I post this,, more strikes are expected to occur.. It’s 100 percent certainty that Israel will strike back, and strike back HARD!! It’s suspected that Iranian oil fields are going to be targeted.. so watch gas prices go through the roof. I have a bad feeling that we are about to be sucked into this… I pray for the safety of our men and women in uniform who might be going into harm’s way

Don’t forget, we DONT need their oil…. If the idiots in charge would free ours up again…. But that won’t happen …. Good thing we have depleted our strategic oil reserves during the past 3.5 years . Let’s hear from the liberal support group on this…. Cmon, remind us how bad the orange man was…. No wars no new conflicts it was sooooo bad..

"The United States produced more crude oil than any nation at any time, according to our International Energy Statistics, for the past six years in a row. Crude oil production in the United States, including condensate, averaged 12.9 million barrels per day (b/d) in 2023, breaking the previous U.S. and global record of 12.3 million b/d, set in 2019. Average monthly U.S. crude oil production established a monthly record high in December 2023 at more than 13.3 million b/d."

Source: EIA The incredibly important fact, Dirt failed to mention, is that the US exported more than 10 million of those 12.9 million barrels of crude oil, every day, because the democrats won't allow American companies to build refineries here to refine it. We had to import more than 8.5 million barrels a day of oil, we are allowed to refine. https://www.marketplace.org/2024/05...-imports-so-why-are-we-importing-at-all/Keith

That was Biden attempting to drop gas prices, like he gave a crap...but it looks good from a certain angle.... Oh I know why. Just wondering if the other two would admit it.

If you are an oil producing(exporting) nation high oil prices are good.

So why were we depleting the SOR if we were pumping out so much? The strategic oil reserve was created to dump oil on the market when prices got high to reduce the price of crude oil a bit. Exactly what it was used for.
