Any tips on buffing/polishing aluminum ? Mainly trying to get these hard water stains out of these tool lockers

go to any big truck stop. they sell bars of polishing compound for aluminum wheels. you will need a couple different grits and an electric buffer with several polishing wheels. its a dirty job, wear old clothes.

This, it's what we did in the 60's to polish aluminum and it looked like stainless steel finish.
We made little football trophies , in our foundry class.
Things kids know nothing about any more, since the did away with shop class in most schools.

a friend who used to do detailing showed my a trick for diamond plate aluminum tool boxes

you want a chunk of old carpet about 6x6 inches and some flitz metal polish , then you wax

since yours is smooth , you probably don't need the carpet square but I bet it would still work


America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
