I dont blame insurance companies pulling out of that area, especially Florida. They better do so prior to any natural disasters though. Never understood rebuilding in the same area your house was taken out by a hurricane. There are certain places mother nature reminds us that shes in charge.

The thing I don't understand is that they should have gotten a fresh pot of money on Oct 1 which is the beginning of the fiscal year for the US Government. Something about this just doesn't sound right.
