The real question is you only made 5 strips of bacon??? If you're going to the trouble of cooking it you just as well make a package or 2. Go to Dollar tree and get a couple containers and fill them up. Of course my wife shares with the dog and the cat so there's that.

Why? I can use a pound of good bacon on two BLT's and eat them in one sitting.

I'm with c traps. you always cook the entire package or two. no reason to dirty a pan for 5. Seriously at best that's maybe a single sandwich 8 would be better for a sandwich bacon running both directions.

My wife brought home two kittens she wants for outdoor cats,,,,, introduced them to my Shepard.
One was like hi dog,,,,, the other spat and tried to scratch her,,,,
