Good stuff Clay- I was brought up to spike that dish with white pepper than use black pepper to taste the cream gravy made in the same pan!

Grandpa liked his squirrels, even with them chewing holes in the corn crib and stealing all the pair of the tree.
Once a year, grandma Hilda made him let us harvest enough for a big family meal……
