Terrific Boco. Changing of the leaves, another season slipping away.

Moose tracks everywhere along the river. One walked down a beaver skid trail and stomped my trap into the mud, lol.

Forgive me if you have addressed this before, but do you ever prospect any on your river travels ?
I always throw my gold pan in when traveling, and when by rivers or in a area that may be questionable to have any sign, sometimes I get some color, sometimes not, but it's a nice break from driving when needed.

No Grit Guy I have never bothered to get my prospectors licence but many do and stake claims. This area is polluted with gold, some of it high grade in veins of quartze.

Boco, lookin' good. We'll save the gold prospecting for when we go to Tierra del Fuego.

Pike and Pickerel.Sturgeon at the mouth where it enters the Abitibi. The tributaries have brook trout so likely some brook trout in the river too though never fish bigger water for the brookies.
