Getting that time of year and I love it, came home and it was a little chilly and I knew the wife would complain. So, started the fire to knock the chill out.. I believe Prada was OK with that Idea.. don't worry next week, back in the 80s.
We are going to enjoy it while we can!

Hit low 30s this week and I have a newborn in the house. Knocking the chill out with the stove and spending time with the family, loving it.

Have had a couple small morning fires to knock the chill down. Absolutely love the first fire of the year. And then all the rest of em. lol!

Trapset mine isn't as real as your guys. It's propane. So no chimney.

I fixed up the wood stove last night so all I had to do was throw in a match to take off the morning chill this morning. Woke up to a warm living room lol. Must have been a few coals left over from yesterday mornings fire and it lit sometime during the night.

Had a couple so far in the wood stove. This one warmed up the ranch house nicely morning after our elk hunt.

30 overnight ,but I told myself I was going to clean the chimney before I fired it up
so waking up cold is my motivation to get the chimney cleaned.

it was only 64 in the house this morning so not too bad

I cleaned the chimney last week they was forecasting a freeze,
it was 26deg this morning this is are 3rd morning in a row.
