We have a good chance of frost the next 3 nights, so I picked the remaining tomatoes and peppers. I pulled all the tomato plants. I'm going to try to over Winter the pepper plants. Any good recipes? If it's going to frost, pull the plants up by the roots, shake the dirt off and hang upside down, inside a window facing the sun. Any shiny green tomatoes should ripen up pretty good, the duller immature ones not so much. "My life is better than your vacation"

I did fry some up a couple times and put them in with my eggs to make an omelet. That was okay. Bryce
