My suppressor arrived today. I was 1 day shy of 2 months through the whole process. I hurt myself slowing the fingerprint process as I got into some cleaning solvent that had my fingers peeling for a week and a half delaying me getting good fingerprints. Approval was quick like 2 days. Silencer central was slow getting it shipped to me which took about a week and a half but overall a painless process.

I bought the Banish 223 and was impressed with the couple full velocity loads I shot through it out behind the garage just to see how quiet it was. It surpassed my expectations.

Earlier in the thread I stated that a suppressor was probably a one and done for, but I was wrong. I can see another in the future.

Anyone ever suppressed a 6.5-300 Wby?

Bring on the hearing protection act, I bet half the people that have them wouldn't want it to pass having spent 100s of dollars on one when you could buy them at Walmart for 39.95.
