Those cornhusker ultralite trailers made in NE are light. 950 bushels of corn and legal weight is very doable. 900 of beans. A timpte hopper bottom is a couple tons heavier.

P.S. those ultra lights when filled full of something heavy like some fertilizers have been known to break in half going over rough spots.

Those are impressive Danny- out of fuel and washed out the lightest empty pot I ever pulled no matter what the tractor was in at 32K. We was tagged 85.5k but none of us was keen to check the elevator or feedyards scales against the portables if you know what I mean.

Leftlane, seen more than one cow truck with hair pushed out the sides. Wonder why the DOT men never crawl under a loaded one?

What was the reason Pawnee for the poorer yields? Buddy of mine just finished up 1000 acres of soybeans. Averaged 20 bpa. Grain crops overall looks dismal. Sugarbeet acres are looking PHENOMENAL!!
swampgas chili and schmidt beer makes for a deadly combo

Leftlane, seen more than one cow truck with hair pushed out the sides. Wonder why the DOT men never crawl under a loaded one? Some day when I git up to another rondy an you got a cold drink & a warm fire, remind me tell you a funny story about shoving about 80 head of 8 weight heifers in JC Rodeo Co's ol 96 wide and 46 long Merritt then gettin pulled over for no turn signal on the az end.
I lied my way out of a biggun us might say LOL.
Speakin of laughter I just hung up with your neighbor Andrew E. He had his niece in the truck and we was laughin so hard he nearly plowed a ditch and the rocking chair on the front porch tried to buck me down twice. That boy is a glutton for pain I tell ya- he ain't skeert.
