She is a squirrel treeing machine once hits the timber for sure. Never was one to play even as a pup. Alpha in her as she rules the roost.

She is a Mountain cur. I never registered her but is full blood. Has no fear of height and will climb after coon if is limbs low enough. Will bay snakes in the yard as well. About 25 lbs that thinks is a lap dog at times. Cracked her pelvis and had to hop home as couldn't walk. Vet said she was a frog dog way she got around.
Forgot she is a close hunter but if gets tired of no game will range out to find some most always within site.

Too cute. Can't be much of the alpha sleeping on the job, though. Lol
Our brindle was so needy. Almost didn't get another dog because I told myself we'd never do a "single" dog, again. Some dogs need a pack. Our neighbor is in the same boat. Poor thing. I always wondered if it was something with brindles or just the breeding she was. It may have been our fault, though. My kids were really little and maybe I was just not training her enough.

Time patients and consistency are all important with pets as well as children. Some like people are by nature more timid then others.one needs the right mix to bring out their best. Too heavy of hand is as bad or maybe even worse then letting them run wild.

Had a brindle boxer she was a one man wolf pack, may have been best dog I ever owned. 1st dog I bought with my own money. Lived at home my mom was mad as I threw down 300 bucks and placed her in my truck. But soon later to follow that became my mom's dog lol.. when I moved put I took her wasn't long my mom was saying bring her back. Oh, I believe it. Both our dog (who was stolen) and the neighbors dog has got to be the friendliest, sweetheart ever lived.
