Is a sudden drop in heart rate during the day something to be concerned about or is it normal for most folks.

I think sometimes these fancy technology thingies worn instead of a regular watch are tmi.

Not if you are resting as opposed to up and about.

I’d say there’s a lot of variables and may not be bad.

That's a bit concerning.

How old are you sir?

swampgas chili and schmidt beer makes for a deadly combo

You have to remember that 1 out of 3 Democratic Voters is just as dumb as the other two.

Depends on what you were doing before hand…I’ve had substantial increase in heart rate and BP just after a bit of alone time with my wife. I’m not sure what would cause a decrease.

I would be calling a real doctor if I actually felt different. If I wasn’t looking at the “data” I wouldn’t know it happened. We have folks here that are all about fitness and such, just thought they might be able to explain in laymen’s terms.

Take your BP 3 times a day. Morning, afternoon, and night. . . issues? . . . see a Dr.

You're having low blood pressure issues. Need to see a doctor.

Any abnormal incidents that you have not ever noticed before should be checked as precautionary measure, especially if they become all the time after not having them at all.

Doc's now days can do amazing checks with out any large exams !!

GENERALLY, HRBpM varies for an adult somewhere between 60 > 100. Depends on what you've been doing.

IMHO, that rate over a 7 day period is very good :-)

Mine fluctuates greatly. I just figured my body needs more oxygen when my RPMs go up.
