I'm soaking a bunch of rusty #2s in 75% vinegar solution. to neutralize on removal, can i just pressure wash or do i need to add baking soda or the like?

Just pressure wash them that should work well.

Best to put them in a bucket of water & baking soda so it neutralizes it all out of the cracks and crevices.
